Shyambahadur Singh, MLA from Badharia Assembly in Siwan district was seen dancing with girls at a cultural programme on Feb 8.
The MLA had gone to the house of Ajay Singh, a brick-kiln owner, Jafra, Gopalganj district from where he moved to Katalpur village to attend a marriage ceremony.
"I have not committed any mistake as people and elders usually dance on such occasions to demonstrate their joy over the marriage of their loved ones," said the MLA when contacted.
The Ruling JD(U) in 2010 issued a show cause notice to the MLA, when television channels aired a footage that allegedly showed him dancing with girls at a programme in Patna.
